Geometry modelling
The CAD file of the NGCTR aircraft was delivered by Leonardo and imported in CFS Engineering’s meshing tool in order to prepare the CFD model. All the movable components (aileron, rotor, engine) of the aircraft have been taken into account, which allows to model quickly different configurations of the NGCTR aircraft.
