Kick-off Meeting
The kick-off meeting of the AFC4TR project took place on September 4, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 crisis the meeting was organized as a virtual meeting. During the negotiation phase of the AFC4TR project a technical meeting was organized in Lausanne on February 17, 2020, and for this reason the kick-off meeting was short and signaled the official start of the project.
The regions of the aircraft to be improved with ZNMF devices concern mainly the nacelle-wing region and the region of the wing-fuselage. The use of vortex generators on the fuselage will also be studied in the project.
